A new chapter is coming

For more than 75 years, Jack & Jill has grown and evolved while remaining a family-run school at heart.

Our story began in 1951, when Molly Papirnik founded Jack & Jill School in the dining room of her home in Nightingale Road with just one boy and one girl. Her belief was simple: young children should be educated in a warm and homely environment where they could be known and nurtured as individuals. That original house is now Nightingale House. As the school grew, so did the Jack & Jill family. Nursery provision expanded into its dedicated home in Twickenham in 1992, while successive generations of the Papirnik family continued to develop the school. Jack and Jill Family of Schools

In 2016, Clarence House Preparatory School opened in Hampton Hill, extending the journey through to the end of Year 6. With three schools now working together, Jack & Jill became the Jack & Jill Family of Schools. Jack and Jill Family of Schools

Today, the Family of Schools continues to combine the close-knit character on which Jack & Jill was founded with an ambitious approach to education, from the earliest years through to preparation for Senior School.
